摘要
目的探讨中医特色护理联合激励性心理护理在周围性面瘫患者中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2019年12月至2020年12月厦门市中医院收治的92例周围性面瘫患者的一般资料,根据不同的护理方法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组给予常规护理,在此基础上,观察组给予中医特色护理联合激励性心理护理。比较2组患者的护理干预效果。结果护理8周后,观察组的总有效率(95.65%)明显高于对照组(82.61%,P<0.05)。护理4周及8周后,2组House-Brackmann面神经功能分级量表和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分均低于护理前(P均<0.05),且观察组的上述评分均低于同期对照组(P均<0.05);2组的血清超氧化物歧化酶、一氧化氮水平均高于护理前,丙二醛水平均低于护理前(P均<0.05),且观察组的上述指标水平均优于同期对照组(P均<0.05);2组的面部残疾指数量表(FDI)中躯体功能评分均高于护理前,社会功能评分均低于护理前(P均<0.05),且观察组的各项评分均优于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。结论中医特色护理联合激励性心理护理能有效提升周围性面瘫患者的治疗效果,改善其面神经功能,提高其睡眠及生活质量。
Objective To explore the application value of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing combined with motivational psychological nursing in patients with peripheral facial palsy.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 92 patients with peripheral facial palsy at Xiamen Hospital of TCM from December 2019 to December 2020.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 46 cases.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group additionally received traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing combined with motivational psychological nursing.The nursing intervention effect of two groups was compared.Results After 8 weeks of nursing,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(95.65%vs.82.61%,P<0.05).After 4 and 8 weeks of nursing,the scores of the House-Brackmann Facial Nerve Grading Scale and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index in both groups were lower than those before nursing(all P<0.05),and the above scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The levels of serum superoxide dismutase and nitric oxide in both groups were higher than those before nursing,and the level of malondialdehyde was lower than that before nursing(all P<0.05).The levels of the above indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The physical function scores of the Facial Disability Index(FDI)in both groups were higher,and the social function scores of the FDI were lower when compared with those before nursing(all P<0.05).The observation group had better FDI scores than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing combined with motivational psychological nursing can effectively improve the treatment effect,facial nerve function,sleep quality,and quality of life of patients with peripheral facial palsy.
