摘要
学生社团是中职学校提升学生文化综合素质、锻炼学生动手实践能力的重要场所,是中职学生课外生活中进行自我教育、管理、服务以及自我实现的重要载体,也是中职学生树立自我认同感,培养自信心的重要平台。文章立足于社团自身优势,及时、动态、科学地调整社团发展机制、开发管理模式,保证社团的可持续发展,使学生社团在职教育人过程中发挥积极作用,为其他中职学校学生社团发展提供具有参考价值的理论和实践指导。
Student associations are an important place for vocational schools to improve students'comprehensive cultural quality and exercise students'practical ability.They are an important carrier for self-education,management,service and self-realization in extracurricular life.They are also an important platform for students to establish self-identity and cultivate self-confidence.The article is based on the advantages of the association itself,timely,dynamic,and scientific adjustment of the association development mechanism and development management mode,ensuring the sustainable development of the association,enabling student associations to play a positive role in the process of in-service education,and providing valuable theoretical and practical guidance for the development of student associations in other vocational schools.
