摘要
目的:分析我国癌症患者就医延迟的研究现状。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普科技期刊数据库(VIP)四大中文数据库从建库至2022年10月31日发表的有关我国癌症患者就医延迟的相关文献。经文献筛选后,采用Excel 2016建立数据库,对筛选出的文献的发表年份、地域分布、机构分布、期刊分布、研究内容等进行计量学分析。结果:共纳入34篇文献,51.3%的文献均发表在护理期刊。研究方法以定量研究居多,定量研究文献16篇,占47.1%;质性研究文献5篇,占14.7%。研究内容主要集中在现状与影响因素分析。结论:我国对癌症患者就医延迟问题的关注较晚,研究较少。而癌症患者就医延迟率差异较大,就医行为受多种因素的影响,需要丰富相关研究,依据已明确的就医延迟影响因素,实施干预研究,促进患者及时就医,改善患者预后。
OBJECTIVE To analysis the current research status of patient delay of patient with cancer in China.METHODS It re⁃trieved CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,CBM from inception to October 31 in 2022 on Patient Delay of Patient with Cancer in China.Af⁃ter literature screening,it extracted the relative data.The selected articles were analyzed from the perspectives of publication year,geographical distribution,institutional distribution,journal distribution,research content,etc.RESULTS A total of 34 articles were included for analysis and 51.3%of the articles were published in nursing journals.The research method is mainly quantitative re⁃search,with a total of 16 quantitative research literature,accounting for 47.1%.There were 5 qualitative research papers,accounting for only 14.7%.The research mainly focused on the analysis of current situation and influencing factors.CONCLUSION China has paid late attention to the problem of delay in medical treatment of cancer patients with less research.However,the delay rate of can⁃cer patients varies greatly,and their medical seeking behavior is affected by many factors,so it is necessary to enrich relevant re⁃search,implement intervention research based on the identified factors affecting the delay of medical seeking,promote medical seeking behaviour,and improve the prognosis of patients.
