摘要
相变材料与建筑围护结构相结合能够很好地降低建筑的能耗,尤其是在空调耗能比较大的夏热冬冷地区。由于太阳辐射的直接影响,屋面又没有遮挡,导致屋面内表面的温度急剧升高,耗热量也最大。就夏热冬冷地区相变屋面的隔热研究进行了综述,阐述了相变材料的制备及其封装技术,对相变屋面的隔热机理进行了详细的介绍,分析了相变材料性能对屋面的隔热效果的影响,提出了目前相变屋面在隔热方面存在的一些问题,对夏热冬冷地区相变屋面隔热发展趋势的展望。
The combination of phase change materials and building envelope can effectively reduce the energy consumption of buildings,especially in hot summer and cold winter areas where air conditioning energy consumption is relatively large.Due to the direct influence of solar radiation and the lack of shading on the roof,the temperature of the inner surface of the roof increases sharply,resulting in the largest heat consumption.This paper reviewed the thermal insulation research of phase change roof in hot summer and cold winter areas,expounded the preparation and packaging technology of phase change materials,introduced the thermal insulation mechanism of phase change roof in detail,analyzed the influence of the performance of phase change materials on the thermal insulation effect of roof,and put forward some problems existing in the thermal insulation of phase change roof at present.Finally,the development trend of phase change roof insulation in hot summer and cold winter areas was prospected.
