炼化企业设备安全绩效评价方法探索

摘要 为了量化评价炼化企业的设备安全绩效,提高企业的设备完整性管理水平,建立了主客观结合的设备安全绩效评价模型。该模型首先通过层次分析法确定了各绩效指标的权重关系,其次结合灰色关联分析法加权计算得到了设备安全绩效评价结果。计算结果表明,静设备腐蚀泄漏次数、大机组故障率、仪表故障率等指标所占权重较高,企业应重点关注;评价结果区分度较高,企业可根据评价结果溯源薄弱环节,实现持续改进。 In order to evaluate the equipment safety metrics of refining and chemical enterprises quantitatively and improve the level of equipment integrity management,a subjective and objective equipment safety metrics evaluation model was established.By the model,the weight relationship of each index through the analytic hierarchy process was firstly determined,and then the equipment safety metrics evaluation results by combining the grey correlation analysis method were obtained.The calculation results showed that the weight of corrosion leakage times of static equipment,failure rate of large units and instrument failure rate was high,which enterprises should pay attention to.At the same time,the differentiation of evaluation results was high,and enterprises can trace the weak links according to the evaluation results to achieve continuous improvement.
