摘要
针对预应力厚板转换层存在结构复杂、工程量大、施工难度大等问题,结合具体工程项目,着重分析转换层施工过程中模板支撑架设、钢筋绑扎、大体积混凝土浇筑、施工缝处理、预应力张拉等多个问题,阐述了预应力厚板的标准施工流程。
Aiming at the problems of complex structure,large engineering quantity and difficult construction of prestressed thick slab transfer floor.This paper combines specific engineering projects,mainly analyzes formwork support erection,steel binding,mass concrete pouring,construction joint treatment,prestressed tensioning and other issues in the construction process of transfer floor,and expounds the standard construction process of prestressed thick slab.
