流程管理预防和控制静配中心医院感染研究 被引量:5

Study on Process Management to Prevent and Control Hospital Infection in the Center of Intravenous Matching

摘要 目的探讨并分析流程管理对预防和控制静配中心医院感染发生的效果。方法对我院静配中心管理质量进行研究。对比流程管理实施前后静配中心细菌菌落数、静配中心消毒合格率、医护人员对医院感染相关知识掌握度以及医护人员对静配中心管理质量满意度。结果流程管理实施后工作区域空气细菌菌落数(302.21±89.12)cfu/m3、工作人员手部细菌菌落数(3.12±2.14)cfu/m3、医疗用品细菌菌落数(8.12±2.58)cfu/m3、物体表面细菌菌落数(4.31±1.88)cfu/m3、无菌器械保存液细菌菌落数(52.74±11.52)cfu/m3,均显著低于流程管理实施前的工作区域空气细菌菌落数(411.15±105.36)cfu/m3、工作人员手部细菌菌落数(6.14±2.78)cfu/m3、医疗用品细菌菌落数(14.63±1.52)cfu/m3、物体表面细菌菌落数(7.12±2.04)cfu/m3、无菌器械保存液细菌菌落数(66.82±15.63)cfu/m3,P<0.05。流程管理实施后工作区域空气消毒合格率100.00%、工作人员手部消毒合格率95.00%、医疗用品合格率91.67%、物体表面消毒合格率100.00%,均显著高于流程管理实施前的86.67%、70.00%、66.67%、66.67%,P<0.05。流程管理实施后医护人员对医院感染相关知识掌握度(96.32±2.15)分,高于流程管理实施前的(77.12±2.21)分,P<0.05。流程管理实施后对操作环境满意度(9.63±1.56)分、对操作效率满意度(9.51±1.03)分、对操作质量满意度(9.71±1.47)分、对药品包装满意度(9.84±1.03)分,均高于流程管理实施前的(8.12±2.12)分、(8.21±1.56)分、(8.31±1.23)分、(8.42±1.89)分,P<0.05。结论在静配中心实施流程管理有利于降低细菌菌落数,提高静配中心消毒合格率。同时也有效提高医护人员对医院感染的认知,对预防医院感染具有重要意义,且医院人员对静配中心管理质量更加满意。 Objective To explore and analyze the effect of process management on the prevention and control of nosocomial infection in the center of intravenous infusion.Methods To study the management quality of our hospital.Compare the number of bacterial colonies in the IVD center before and after the implementation of process management,the disinfection qualification rate of the IVD center,the mastery of hospital infection-related knowledge by medical staff,and the satisfaction of medical staff with the management quality of the IVD center.Results After the implementation of process management,the number of bacterial colonies in the air of the working area was(302.21±89.12)cfu/m3,the number of bacterial colonies in the hands of the staff was(3.12±2.14)cfu/m3,the number of bacterial colonies in the medical supplies was(8.12±2.58)cfu/m3,the number of bacterial colonies on the surface of the object was(4.31±1.88)cfu/m3,and the number of bacterial colonies in the sterile instrument preservation solution was(52.74±11.52)cfu/m3,The number of bacterial colonies in the air of the working area(411.15±105.36)cfu/m3,the number of bacterial colonies in the hands of the staff(6.14±2.78)cfu/m3,the number of bacterial colonies in the medical supplies(14.63±1.52)cfu/m3,the number of bacterial colonies on the surface of the object(7.12±2.04)cfu/m3,and the number of bacterial colonies in the sterile instrument preservation solution(66.82±15.63)cfu/m3 were significantly lower than those before the implementation of the process management,P<0.05.After the implementation of process management,the qualified rate of air disinfection in the working area was 100.00%,the qualified rate of hand disinfection of staff was 95.00%,the qualified rate of medical supplies was 91.67%,and the qualified rate of object surface disinfection was 100.00%,which were significantly higher than 86.67%,70.00%,66.67%,and 66.67%before the implementation of process management,P<0.05.After the implementation of process management,the doctors and nurses'mastery of knowledge about hospital infection(96.32±2.15)points was higher than that before the implementation of process management(77.12±2.21)points,P<0.05.After the implementation of process management,the scores of satisfaction with operating environment(9.63±1.56)points,operation efficiency(9.51±1.03)points,operation quality(9.71±1.47)points and drug packaging(9.84±1.03)points were higher than those before the implementation of process management(8.12±2.12)points,(8.21±1.56)points,(8.31±1.23)points and(8.42±1.89)points,P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of process management in the IVD center is conducive to reducing the number of bacterial colonies and improving the qualified rate of disinfection in the IVD center.At the same time,it can also effectively improve the cognition of medical staff on hospital infection,which is of great significance to prevent hospital infection,and hospital staff are more satisfied with the management quality of the IVD cen ter.
