摘要
目的探讨急性冠脉综合征诊断中冠脉CTA与冠脉造影的诊断效果。方法选取2018年3月—2022年5月青岛市胶州中心医院疑似急性冠脉综合征患者102例为研究对象,患者均展开冠脉CTA与冠脉造影检查,冠脉造影为诊断金标准。计算冠脉CTA诊断结果与冠脉狭窄病变检出情况的符合率。结果冠脉造影诊断检出患者102例,冠脉CTA诊断检出患者100例,冠脉CTA检查符合率为98.04%。冠脉造影检出冠脉狭窄病变310支,冠脉CTA检出冠脉狭窄病变306支,冠脉CTA检查符合率为98.71%。结论临床针对急性冠脉综合征患者在实施疾病诊断期间,冠脉CTA对于冠脉病变诊断以及具体位置检查结果明确,符合率较高,应用价值良好。
Objective To explore the diagnostic effect of coronary CTA and coronary angiography in the diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome.Methods 102 suspected patients with acute coronary syndrome at Jiaozhou Central Hospital in Qingdao from March 2018 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent coronary CTA and coronary angiography examinations,with coronary angiography as the diagnostic gold standard.Calculated the coincidence rate of the diagnostic results of coronary CTA and the detection of coronary stenosis lesions.Results There were 102 patients diagnosed by coronary angiography and 100 patients diagnosed by coronary CTA.The coincidence rate of coronary CTA was 98.04%.Coronary angiography detected 310 lesions of coronary stenosis,and coronary CTA detected 306 lesions of coronary stenosis.The coincidence rate of coronary CTA was 98.71%.Conclusion During the clinical diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome in patients,coronary CTA has a clear diagnosis of coronary lesions and specific location examination results,with a high coincidence rate and good application value.
