价值增值视角下全过程咨询项目协同能力影响因素仿真研究

Simulation Analysis of Factors Influencing Synergetic Capacity of Whole Process Consulting Projects from the Perspective of Value Added

摘要通过内容分析法建立全过程咨询项目协同能力影响因素体系,在贝叶斯信念网络(BBN)的基础上,进一步运用动态贝叶斯网络(DBN)方法对价值增值视角下全过程咨询项目协同能力影响因素及其动态发展规律进行深入研究。基于建立的协同能力影响因素体系,对DBN模型进行预测分析,诊断分析,敏感性分析及最大致因链分析,得出政府资源、企业资质等级、企业竞争力、信息共享平台完善程度、创新能力这5个影响因素是影响全过程咨询项目协同能力的关键因素。并对全过程咨询项目协同能力DBN模型进行实证分析。结果表明,该模型准确有效,且在研究项目协同能力上具有准确性及优越性,可以推理得到全过程咨询项目协同能力随时间变化的规律,对管理者提高全过程咨询项目协同能力具有重要意义。 Based on Bayesian belief network(BBN),this paper further uses dynamic Bayesian network(DBN)research method to conduct in-depth research on the influencing factors and dynamic development law of the collaborative ability of the whole process consulting projects from the perspective of value-added.Based on the established influencing factor system of collaborative capability,the DBN model is analyzed by prediction,diagnosis,sensitivity analysis and maximum causal chain analysis.It is concluded that the five influencing factors of government resources,enterprise qualification level,enterprise competitiveness,the perfection of information sharing platform and innovation capability are the key factors affecting the collaborative capability of the whole process consulting project.Finally,an empirical analysis is conducted for the whole process consulting project synergy DBN.The research results show that the constructed DBN model is accurate and effective.The DBN model has accuracy and superiority in the research of project collaboration ability.It can infer the law of the whole process consulting project collaboration ability changing with time,which is of great significance for managers to improve the whole process consulting project collaboration ability.
