摘要
目的探究儿童乳牙急性牙髓炎中应用一次性根管治疗的临床疗效。方法选取东莞市虎门中医院口腔科2020年10月-2021年10月期间收治的乳牙急性牙髓炎患儿58例为研究对象,通过随机抽样方式将其分成对照组和观察组,每组29例。对照组采用常规根管治疗,观察组采用一次性根管治疗。记录两组治疗1年后的临床有效率、治疗期间并发症发生率以及家庭生活质量评分情况。结果治疗1年后,观察组临床治疗有效率为100%,较对照组的82.76%更高(P<0.05);观察组一年内并发症发生率为13.79%,明显低于对照组的37.93%(P<0.05);经问卷调查分析,观察组家庭的生活质量评分较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论在儿童乳牙急性牙髓炎中应用一次性根管治疗临床疗效十分明显,可以有效预防或降低并发症的发生,促进家庭生活质量提高。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of one-time root canal therapy in children with acute pulpitis of primary teeth.Methods A total of 58 children with acute pulpitis in primary teeth admitted to the Department of Stomatology,Humen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Dongguan City from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by random sampling,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional root canal treatment,and the observation group was treated with one-time root canal treatment.The clinical effective rate after 1 year of treatment,the incidence of complications during treatment,and the score of family quality of life were recorded.Results After 1 year of treatment,the clinical effective rate was 100%in the observation group,which was higher than 82.76%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications within one year in the observation group was 13.79%,which was significantly lower than 37.93%in the control group(P<0.05).Through questionnaire analysis,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of one-time root canal therapy in children with acute pulpitis of primary teeth has a significant clinical effect,which can effectively prevent or reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the quality of family life.
