摘要
目的 分析岐黄针疗法联合低频电治疗急性脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的临床疗效。方法 收集80例患者随机分为两组各40例,对照组采取电针联合低频电治疗,治疗组采取岐黄针疗法联合低频电治疗。比较治疗前后两组患者的脑血流[左椎动脉(LVA)、右椎动脉(RVA)、椎基底动脉(BA)]的变化、吞咽功能、神经功能、生活质量的影响,评估临床疗效。结果 两组治疗后脑血流(TCD)血流动力学参数均有所改善(P <0.05);治疗组患者LVA、RVA、BA值改善明显优于对照组(P <0.05);治疗组吞咽功能改善明显,优于对照组(P <0.05);两组神经功能(NIHSS评分)均较入组前改善,治疗后治疗组优于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗组总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的82.50%(P <0.05);临床在实验过程均未出现不良反应。结论 岐黄针疗法联合低频电治疗急性脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者与传统电针联合低频电治疗相比,在患者吞咽障碍、改善神经功能、改善脑血流、降低并发症、提高患者生活质量疗效更加显著。
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Qihuang acupuncture combined with low frequency electrotherapy in the treatment of patients with dysphagia after acute stroke.Methods:A total of 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group.The control group received electroacupuncture combined with low-frequency electrotherapy,while the treatment group received Qihuang acupuncture combined with low-frequency electrotherapy.The changes of cerebral blood flow[left vertebral artery(LVA),right vertebral artery(RVA),and vertebral basilar artery(BA)],the effects of swallowing function,nerve function,quality of life,and clinical efficacy evaluation were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The hemodynamic parameters of cerebral blood flow(TCD)were improved in both groups after treatment(P<0.05).The improvement of LVA,RVA and BA values in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the con-trol group(P<0.05).The deglutition function in the treatment group was significantly improved than that in the control group(P<0.05).Neurological functions(NIHSS score)in both groups were improved compared with that before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The total ef-fective rate of the treatment group was 92.50%,which was higher than 82.50%of the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions during the clinical experiment.Conclusion:Compared with traditional electroacu-puncture,Qihuang acupuncture therapy combined with low-frequency electrotherapy in the treatment of patients with dysphagia after acute stroke has more significant effects on curing dysphagia,improving nerve function,im-proving cerebral blood flow,reducing complications and improving patients'quality of life.
