摘要
以龙泉窑梅子青釉为基础,通过改变石灰石、长石的相对含量,设计了从石灰釉到长石釉五大系列基础釉,再通过改变各基础釉的钾、钠长石的相对用量配制三种釉,如此总共配制了13种釉,基本涵盖了烧成温度在1250-1300℃之间所有的光泽透明釉,用这13种釉分别施于弟窑和哥窑胎上进行了烧制实验,通过观察釉面外观性状、呈色及裂纹情况,发现五个系列基础釉从石灰釉到长石釉,釉料成熟度从生烧到正烧再到生烧变化,釉的呈色从蓝色、青色到绿色、黄色最后到灰色变化,釉面裂纹逐渐增多、从大片裂纹向细碎裂纹变化;而针对其中某一系列基础釉,从钾含量高的釉到钠含量高的釉,釉料成熟度逐渐变好,釉的呈色从黄色、绿色到青色、蓝色变化,釉面裂纹逐渐增多、从大片裂纹向细碎裂纹变化。
Based on Longquan kiln plum glaze,by changing the relative content of limestone and feldspar,five series of base glazes from lime glaze to feldspar glaze were designed,and then for each series of base glazes by changing the relative amount of potassium and albite,three glazes were prepared,so a total of 13 glazes were prepared,basically covering all lustrous transparent glazes with firing temperatures between1250-1300 ℃,and these 13 glazes were applied to the younger kiln and the kiln tires for firing experiments,and the glaze appearance characteristics,color and cracks were observed It was found that five series of base glazes changed from lime glaze to feldspar glaze,the maturity of the glaze changed from raw firing to normal firing to raw firing,the color of the glaze changed from blue,cyan to green,yellow and finally to gray,and the glaze cracks gradually increased,from large cracks to fine fractures.For one of the series of base glazes,from glazes with high potassium content to glazes with high sodium content,the maturity of the glaze gradually becomes better,the color of the glaze changes from yellow,green to cyan and blue,and the glaze cracks gradually increase,from large cracks to fine cracks.
