基于RFID的训练物资多标签信息采集存储系统的实现 被引量:1

摘要 针对军校训练物资的流通回收问题,根据流通中的训练物资在不同室外训练场地的实时管理和信息追溯需要,应用射频识别、自动控制等技术,提出一种可现场配置的RFID信息采集存储系统,能够实现大批量、不同种类的训练物资在不同训练场地的信息实时采集存储,满足训练物资的流通过程管理需求。系统核心处理器选用Zynq⁃7000系列处理器,PL部分实现多个RFID读写模块的接口控制、数据缓存以及AXI4总线传输控制,PS部分实现基于Fatfs文件系统的SD卡数据读写以及基于LWIP的以太网通信,通过系统的设计和应用实现了军校训练物资的信息采集和流通全过程追溯。最后以一次水下焊接实作的训练物资信息采集为例,进行该系统主要功能的实验测试,验证了系统设计的可行性和可靠性。 In view of the issues of circulation and recycling of training materials in military academies,a configurable RFID(radio frequency identification)information collection and storage system is proposed by technologies of RFID and automatic control based on the real⁃time management and information traceability needs of training materials in circulation at different outdoor training venues.This system can achieve real⁃time collection and storage of information for a large number of various training materials at different training venues,and meet the management requirements of the circulation process of training materials.The Zynq⁃7000 series processor is adopted for the core processor of the system.The interface control,data caching,and AXI4 bus transmission control for multiple RFID read⁃write modules are implemented by the part of PL(programmable logic).The SD card data read⁃write based on the Fatfs file system and Ethernet communication based on LWIP are implemented by the part of PS(processing system).The entire process of information collection and circulation of military training materials is traced by the design and application of the system.The information collection of training materials for an underwater welding practice is taken as an example to test the main functions of the system,and the design feasibility and reliability are verified.
