九寨沟中华蟾蜍和中国林蛙肠道菌群差异分析 被引量:2

Differential Analysis of Intestinal Flora Between Bufo gargarizans and Rana chensinensis from Jiuzhaigou

摘要 通过16S rRNA高通量测序方法分析采自四川九寨沟国家级自然保护区的中华蟾蜍Bufo gargarizans和中国林蛙Rana chensinensis的肠道菌群结构,结果表明:中华蟾蜍和中国林蛙共有的扩增序列变体(ASV)数目为440,其中特有的ASV分别为313和539。在门级水平上,中华蟾蜍和中国林蛙肠道中疣微菌门Verrucomicrobiota、厚壁菌门Firmicutes和拟杆菌门Bacteroidota的总丰度分别为96.18%和79.00%。在属级水平上,丰富度0.1%以上的有17个属级单元,总丰度分别占中华蟾蜍和中国林蛙肠道菌群的69.82%和41.37%,其中阿克曼菌属Akkermansia最丰富,分别占48.35%和10.75%。在中国林蛙肠道中,拟杆菌属Bacteroides、另枝菌属Alistipes、脱硫弧菌属Desulfovibrio、丹毒杆菌属Erysipelatoclostridium、瘤胃球菌属Ruminococcus UBA1819、理研菌属Rikenella表现出更高的均匀度。研究结果为进一步深入研究中华蟾蜍和中国林蛙肠道微生物结构和功能提供了基础资料。 Intestinal flora structures of Bufo gargarizans and Rana chensinensis collected from the Jiuzhaigou National Na⁃ture Reserve,Sichuan Province were analyzed by 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing method.The results showed that the number of amplified sequence variants(ASV)shared by B.gargarizans and R.chensinensis was 440,with the specific ASV of 313 and 539,respectively.At phylum level,the total abundance of Verrucomicrobiota,Firmicutes and Bacte⁃roidota in the intestinal tract of B.gargarizans and R.chensinensis was 96.18%and 79.00%,respectively.There were 17 genus-level units with the richness of>0.1%,and the total abundance accounted for 69.82%and 41.37%of the intesti⁃nal flora of the two species,with Akkermansia was the most abundant genus(accounting for 48.35%and 10.75%,respec⁃tively).Furthermore,the genera of Bacteroides,Alistipes,Desulfovibrio,Erysipelatoclostridium,UBA1819 and Rikenella showed higher uniformity in the intestine of R.chensinensis.This study provides basic information for further research on the structure and function of intestinal microorganisms of B.gargarizans and R.chensinensis.
