摘要
着眼解决军士组训法课程采用传统教学模式存在问题与不足,培养提高学员解决问题、沟通合作、深度思考、改革创新等个性能力素养,以学情分析结果为依据,结合板书语言技能课教学项目,引入PBL教学模式,详细分析PBL的教学设计路径,即设计驱动问题、确定教学目标、规划项目作品、分解项目目标、给予学习支架、制定项目评价和组织项目小结,以期为组训课程的教学提供借鉴和参考。
The course of Training Soldiers adopted traditional teaching mode,which had shortcomings in cultivating soldiers'ability of solving problems,cooperation,deep thinking,innovation and so on.Based on learning situation analysis,the paper applies PBL teaching model to the project of blackboard writing skills and analyzes the methods of instructional design,which includes driven problems,instructional objectives,project works,resources,assessment tools,and summary,hoping to provide reference for the development of similar courses.
