摘要
随着高铁车站客流量的增加,以及旅客服务系统运营时间增长,客服设备的稳定性和可靠性对车站稳定运营起到了关键作用。应用现代计算机技术、通信技术、数据分析技术,研制一套高铁客运专线旅客服务系统客服设备综合监控平台,通过系统对服务器设备、网络设备、数据库、应用服务等IT软硬件进行集中监控和管理,实时监控设备的运行状态,提升对设备运转情况的掌握程度,及时发现和快速定位系统故障,提高管理效率和维护可靠性,对保证车站设备等系统的长期稳定运行具有重要意义。
With the increase inpassenger flow at high-speed railway stations and the increase inoperation time of the passenger service system,the stability and reliability of passenger service equipment play a key role in the stable operation of the station.This paper applies modern computer technology,communication technology and data analysis technology to develop a set of comprehensive monitoring platform for passenger service equipment of passenger service system of highspeed railway passenger dedicated line.Through this system,centralized monitoring and management of server equipment,network equipment,database,application services and other IT software and hardware can be carried out to monitor the operation status of equipment in real time.And it can improve the mastery of equipment operation situation,timely find and quickly locate the system faults,and improve management efficiency and maintenance reliability.It is of great significance to ensure the long-term and stable operation of the station equipment and other systems.
