摘要
为研究陇南无刺大红袍花椒二次嫁接繁育后的皮刺情况,使用嫁接繁育的陇南无刺大红袍花椒接穗进行二次嫁接,并以实生大红袍花椒树接穗作为对照,量取接穗和秋稍的长度、皮刺数量、皮刺宽度、厚度、高度等并对数据进行计算分析。结果表明:陇南无刺大红袍秋稍皮刺性状各项指标变异系数均小于实生大红袍,说明陇南无刺大红袍二次嫁接后皮刺稳定性相对较好。无刺和实生大红袍无刺枝段的秋稍皮刺密度高于有(稀)刺枝段的秋稍皮刺密度。综合皮刺宽度、厚度、高度数据,无刺大红袍秋梢皮刺均小于实生大红袍秋梢皮刺。与接穗皮刺相比,4个组别的秋稍皮刺厚均有下降,说明皮刺在二次嫁接过程中变薄;2组有(稀)枝段的秋梢皮刺宽度和高度下降,但2组无刺枝段的秋梢皮刺宽和高有所增大,且无刺和实生大红袍无刺枝段秋梢皮刺的宽度、厚度、高度均大于有(稀)刺枝段秋梢皮刺。
The purpose of this experiment was to study the prickles after secondary grafting breeding of Longnan Dahongpao Prickless.The experiment used the grafting breeding of Longnan Dahongpao Prickless scions for secondary grafting,and the Dahongpao seedling scions as contrast,the length of scions and autumn treetops,the quantity of prickles,the width,thickness,height of prickles were measured and analyzed.The experimental results showed that the variation coefficient of each index of Longnan Dahongpao Prickless autumn treetop prickles were less than those of Dahongpao seedling,indicating that the stability of prickles of Longnan Dahongpao Prickless after secondary grafting was relatively good.The density of prickles on autumn treetops of Dahongpao Prickless and seedling prickless branches were higher than those of prickly and sparse branches.Based on width,thickness and height of prickles data,prickles on prickless branches of Dahongpao Prickless were smaller than those of Dahongpao seedling.Compared with prickles on scions,the thickness of prickles on autumn treetops of 4 groups decreased,indicating prickles became thinner after secondary grafting.The width and height of prickles on autumn treetops of 2 prickly and sparse branches groups decreased,but the width and height of prickles on autumn treetops of 2 prickless branches groups increased.The width,thickness and height of prickles on autumn treetops of Dahongpao Prickless and seedling prickless branches were all bigger than those of prickly and sparse branche.
