贝雷架悬挑平台模板支撑体系施工技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 以烟台某健康产业园超高叠层悬挑结构为背景,采用现场实测及有限元模拟相结合的方式,对采用贝雷架作为叠层悬挑结构支撑层时,悬挑支撑体系内力分配规律、悬挑平台对支撑架体的影响及悬挑平台优化进行研究。结果表明:倾斜主体屋盖浇筑完成时可与悬挑结构协同受力,建议优先浇筑主体结构;将混凝土弹性模量设置为变量来模拟混凝土的养护过程可行;通过调整悬挑平台支撑点位置及数量进行优化研究,优化后支撑体系最大轴力值较原设计降低26.5%,荷载分配更为均匀。 In this paper,the internal force distribution law of the cantilever system,the influence of the cantilever platform on the cantilever body and the optimization of the cantilever platform were studied when beret was used as the support layer of the cantilever structure in a health industrial park in Yantai.The results show that the inclined main roof can cooperate with the cantilever structure when it is finished,and the main structure is recommended to be poured first.It is feasible to set elastic modulus of concrete as variable to simulate the curing process of concrete.By adjusting the position and number of support points of the cantilever platform,the maximum axial force of the optimized support system is reduced by 26.5%compared with the original design,and the load distribution is more uniform.
