摘要
液化天然气(LNG)接收站工艺管道连接着储罐、泵、压缩机、汽化器等设备,其安装质量不仅关系到整个系统的运输效率,对LNG项目的安全平稳运行也具有十分重要的作用。基于超低温(-162℃)存储、运输的LNG接收站工艺管道安装工程,详细阐述了工艺管道焊接、阀门安装过程中的质量控制要点,表明了管道保冷技术特点以及施工方式,对工艺管道安装施工时可能产生的质量风险进行分析并提出应对措施,为后续LNG接收站工艺管道的安装施工提供一定的参考和借鉴。
The pipelines installation of LNG receiving stations are connected with storage tanks,pumps,compressors,carburetors and other equipment.The installation quality plays a very important role in LNG projects not only in transportation efficiency of the whole system,but also in safe and stable operation.Based on the pipeline installation project of LNG receiving station stored and transported at ultra-low temperature(-162℃),this paper expounds the key points of quality control in the process of pipeline welding and valve installation in detail,and shows the technical characteristics and construction methods of pipeline cooling.This paper analyzes the possible quality risks during the process pipeline installation and construction,and puts forward the countermeasures,so as to provide certain reference for the subsequent installation and construction of the process pipeline in LNG receiving station.
