摘要
该文对国内外家禽养殖设备领域的专利进行检索,从申请趋势、申请量排名、主要申请人、申请人类型、法律状态、专利类型等角度,分析家禽养殖设备领域专利申请情况。分析得出,在家禽养殖设备领域,我国申请量位居世界第一,且国内外前10名的主要申请人中,我国占6位。近几年,我国家禽养殖设备领域专利申请量增长迅速,中国省市专利申请量,山东位居第一。发明专利申请量占比、专利授权率较低,对专利权的维持力度不够。该文分析了国内外家禽养殖设备领域的专利申请情况,以期为家禽养殖企业或相关科研院校在家禽养殖领域的专利战略和研发方向提供参考。
In this paper,the patent application status of poultry breeding equipment was analyzed from the perspectives of application trend,ranking of the number of applications,main applicants,types of applicants,legal status and patent types.Analysis shows that in the field of poultry breeding equipment,China's application volume ranks first in the world,and among the top 10 main applicants at home and abroad,China accounts for 6.In recent years,the number of patent applications in the field of poultry breeding equipment has increased rapidly,and Shandong ranks first in the number of patent applications in Chinese provinces and cities.The proportion of invention patent application and patent authorization rate are low,and the maintenance of patent rights is not enough.This paper analyzes the patent applications of poultry breeding equipment at home and abroad in order to provide reference for the patent strategy and research direction of poultry breeding enterprises or related research institutes.
