新型混凝土用聚羧酸减水剂的制备及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对传统混凝土用聚羧酸减水剂对砂石集料要求较高、无法在一些特殊混凝土中发挥作用的问题,提出一种新型混凝土用聚羧酸减水剂的制备方法。实验首先对聚羧酸减水剂的制备工艺和配比进行优化,并对聚羧酸减水剂的减水性能进行研究。减水剂最佳配比:引发剂用量为1.0%,反应温度为65℃,链转移剂的用量为0.4%,酸醚比为4∶1,减水剂pH值为6~7,功能单体为小于8%的苯乙烯和10%的甲基丙烯酸。当减水剂掺量为15%时,制备的水泥砂浆初始流动度达到195mm,抗折强度约为7.3MPa,抗压强度约为44MPa。将减水剂用于沙漠砂混凝土和黏土混凝土时,均表现出良好的适应性,说明该方法制备的减水剂可以在特殊混凝土中发挥作用。 Aiming at the problem that the traditional polycarboxylic acid water reducer for concrete has high requirements for sand aggregate and cannot play a role in some special concrete,a new type of polycarboxylic acid water reducer for concrete is proposed.Firstly,the preparation process and proportion of polycarboxylic acid water reducer were optimized,and the water reducing performance of polycarboxylic acid water reducer was studied.The optimal ratio of water reducer:the initiator dosage is 1.0%,the reaction temperature is 65℃,the chain transfer agent dosage is 0.4%,the acid ether ratio is 4∶1,the pH value of water reducer is 6~7,the functional monomer is less than 8%styrene and 10%methacrylic acid.When the amount of water reducing agent is 15%,the initial fluidity of the prepared cement mortar reaches 195mm,the flexural strength is about 7.3MPa,and the compressive strength is about 44MPa.When the water reducer is used in desert sand concrete and clay concrete,it shows good adaptability,indicating that the water reducer prepared in this test can play a role in special concrete.
