摘要
磺胺类抗生素具有高溶解度和化学稳定性等特点,能够在水环境中长期存在。近年来,随着磺胺类抗生素的大量使用,在水体环境中已广泛检测出它,其在造成环境污染的同时还导致环境中细菌抗生素抗药性的增加以及抗生素抗性基因污染,给生态安全带来新的风险。介绍了磺胺类抗生素的污染现状及危害,重点阐述了近年来国内外关于磺胺类抗生素的去除技术,同时系统分析了目前工艺可能存在的问题及其应用前景,为进一步控制磺胺类抗生素的污染提供理论支持。
Sulfonamide antibiotics have the characteristics of high solubility and chemical stability,and can exist in the water environment for a long time.In recent years,with the extensive use of sulphonamide antibiotics,they have been widely detected in the water environment,which has caused environmental pollution,but also led to the increase of bacterial antibiotic resistance in the environment and antibiotic resistance genetic pollution,bringing new risks to ecological security;Therefore,this article introduces the current pollution status and hazards of sulfonamide antibiotics,focusing on the removal technologies of sulfonamide antibiotics at home and abroad in recent years.At the same time,it systematically analyzes the possible problems in the current process and its application prospects,providing theoretical support for further controlling the pollution of sulfonamide antibiotics.
