摘要
针对装有可燃介质池体上方新建罩棚的超危大钢结构项目、复杂工况条件下简支梁双机抬吊工艺、阻燃及防坠落措施、罩棚整体安装工艺开展研究和讨论,通过地面预制拼装、双机单榀整体抬吊的方式,降低高处作业的时长和风险,解决单机吊装缓慢、操作受限等问题,提高安装质量和速度,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
This construction process is aimed at the super dangerous large steel structure project with a new canopy above the tank body of combustible media.The process of lifting simply supported beams with two cranes under complex working conditions,fire retardant and fall prevention measures,and the overall installation process of the canopy are studied and discussed.By using the ground prefabricated assembly and the overall lifting of two single cranes,the duration and risk of high altitude operations are reduced,and the problems of slow single crane lifting and limited operation are solved.The installation quality and speed are improved,which has good economic and social benefits.
