摘要
心力衰竭是一组复杂临床综合征,其死亡率居于我国城乡居民总死亡原因的首位。黄芪甲苷是中草药黄芪的主要生物活性成分之一。近年研究表明,黄芪甲苷具有治疗心力衰竭的作用。通过对国内外近10年来相关文献进行分析,发现黄芪甲苷治疗心力衰竭的作用机制主要包括调节神经内分泌系统、促进血管生成、抑制心肌纤维化、抑制心肌细胞凋亡、改善心肌细胞能量代谢、维持心肌细胞钙稳态、抗氧化应激以及抗炎症反应等。文章就黄芪甲苷治疗心力衰竭作用机制的最新进展作一综述,以便为进一步研究和开发传统中草药提供新的方向与策略。
Heart failure is a complex clinical syndrome,and its mortality is the first cause of death in urban and rural residents.Astragaloside IV is one of the active ingredients extracted from famous Chinese Herbal medicine astragalus membranaceus.The recent study showed astragaloside IV plays an important role in the treatment of heart failure.By analysising the literature on astragaloside IV in the treatment of heart failure for nearly a decade,it was shown that astragaloside IV can regulates neuroendocrine activity,promotes angiogenesis,inhibits myocardial fibrosis,inhibits apoptosis,improves energy metabolism,maintains calcium homeostasis,fights oxidative stress and fights inflammation.This review aims to explore the latest progress of the mechanism of astragaloside IV in the treatment of heart failure,so as to provide a new direction and strategy for the further research on the treatment of heart failure and the development of traditional Chinese herbal medicine.
