一种长距离高效驱动水下可回收式节流阀的设计 被引量:1

Design of a long distance and efficient driving subsea retrievable choke valve

摘要 水下采油树水下节流阀是集机、电、液为一体的复杂系统,具有调节油气井生产流量、稳定介质压力、控制油气层能量、延长自喷期、优化油气井生产等功能,其服役环境恶劣,精准流量调节要求高,且须具备耐外部海水压力和海水冲蚀、远程控制、电信号传输及数据反馈等。根据实际油气田的开发需求,设计了一种可实现长距离远程高效驱动、可回收式的水下节流阀,包括节流阀阀体、阀芯、驱动器、连接器等核心部件,并基于油气井产量、出砂量完成了节流阀流量系数计算及冲蚀风险分析,并对关键金属密封进行了有限元模拟。模拟结果表明,所设计的节流阀功能可靠,所计算的流量系数可根据油气井设计产量选择使用,在渤海海域浅水油气田开发中具有较好的推广应用价值。 The subsea choke valve installed on the subsea Christmas tree is a complex system integrating machinery,electricity and fluid.It has the functions of regulating the production flow of oil and gas wells,stabilizing the medium pressure,controlling the energy of oil and gas reservoirs,extending the flowing life,optimizing the production of oil and gas wells,etc.Its service environment is harsh,which calls for high requirements on accurate flow regulation,and it must have the functions of resisting external seawater pressure and corrosion,remote control,electrical signal transmission and data feedback.According to the actual development needs of oil and gas fields,a long distance and efficient driving subsea retrievable choke valve,which is composed of choke valve body,valve insert,driver,connector and other components,is designed.Based on the oil and gas well production and sand production rate,the flow coefficient value of the choke valve is calculated and the erosion risk is analyzed,and the finite element simulation of key metal seals is carried out.The results show that the designed choke valve has reliable function,and the calculated flow coefficient value can be selected according to the designed production of oil and gas wells.Furthermore,it has a promising prospect and good application value in the development of shallow water oil and gas fields in the Bohai sea area.
