摘要
在信息网络化下,全球城市的竞合逐渐成为国家和地区之间竞争与合作的重要形式。从信息网络化背景出发,分析信息网络空间下全球城市竞合关系动因、演变和趋势,提出信息网络下城市合作模式与指标体系构建、信息网络空间下全球城市合作基本框架与合作领域。同时,以上海与东京为例,阐述信息网络空间下,全球城市竞合面临的挑战、竞争力分析。在此基础上,研究信息网络化背景下,全球城市为何竞合、如何竞合的问题,进而对上海在全球城市竞合当中面临的挑战,提出对策建议。
Under the information network,the cooperation and competition of global cities has gradually become an important form of competition and cooperation between countries and regions.Starting from the background of information network,this paper analyzes the motivation,evolution and trend of cooperation-competition relationship between global cities,proposes the construction of urban cooperation mode and index system,and the basic framework and cooperation field of global city cooperation under the information network.Taking Shanghai and Tokyo as examples,this paper expounds the challenges,competitiveness analysis and suggestions of cooperation and competition between global cities under the information network,and finally discusses why and how the cooperation and competition between global cites under the information network are carries out,and puts forward policy suggestions on the challenges Shanghai faces in the global city cooperation and competition.
