摘要
目的研究强化规范性安全流程护理管理在感染科医护人员管理中的应用效果。方法选取北京大学人民医院传染科于2020年3月—2021年3月实施常规管理办法为常例组,2021年4月—2022年4月实施强化规范性安全流程护理管理为强化组,医护人员26名为同一批。对比两组医护人员的感染管理依从评分、护理安全相关知识掌握合格率,记录医护人员感染发生概率。结果强化组医护人员感染发生概率(0.00%)显著低于常例组(23.07%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);强化组医护人员的感染管理依从评分均显著高于常例组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);强化组医护人员的护理安全相关知识掌握合格率均显著高于常例组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施强化规范性安全流程护理管理,对于医护人员的风险意识、护理安全意识提升有重要意义。
Objective To study the application effect of strengthening normative safety process nursing management in the management of infectious diseases medical staff.Methods The Department of Infectious Diseases of Peking University People's Hospital was selected as the routine group from March 2020 to March 2021 as the routine group,and from April 2021 to April 2022 to the enhanced standardized safety process nursing management as the intensive group.The 26 medical staff were the same group.The infection management compliance score and the pass rate of nursing safety-related knowledge mastery were compared between the two groups of medical staff.Recorded the prob⁃ability of infection among medical staff.Results The incidence of infection among medical staff in the intensive group(0.00%)was significantly lower than that in the routine group(23.07%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The infection management compliance scores of medical staff in the intensive group were significantly higher than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pass rate of nurs⁃ing safety-related knowledge mastered by medical staff in the intensive group was significantly higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of strength⁃ened normative safety process nursing management is of great significance to the improvement of risk awareness and nursing safety awareness of medical staff.
