摘要
以变速器壳体、离合器壳体压铸件为研究对象,通过分析铸件结构特点、铸件MAGMA模拟温度场、铸件模具结构、现场生产时模具温度和铸件外观质量,设计仿形喷涂装置,然后制定仿形喷涂工艺参数,降低铸件单件生产周期,最终提高班产量,并应用于类似铸件。
Taking the die-casting of transmission housing and clutch housing as the research object,through analyzing the structural characteristics of the casting,the MAGMA simulation of the temperature field,the structure of the casting mold,the mold temperature during the field production and the appearance quality of the casting,the profiling spraying device was designed,the profiling spraying process parameters were developed to reduce the production cycle of the single casting,finally to improve the shift output,and application to similar castings.
