摘要
铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa, PA)是临床上最常见的革兰氏阴性假单胞菌属,其包含的耐药机制错综复杂,极易形成多重耐药性铜绿假单胞菌(multiple-drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa, MDR-PA),也被称为超级细菌,是较棘手的院内感染致病菌之一。中药能够从多个切入点干预MDR-PA耐药性,有抑制甚而逆转PA耐药性的可能,叙述了PA的多种耐药机制。本文总结了目前中药抑菌的途径,展现了中药抗耐药的美好前景。
Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA)is the most common gram-negative Pseudomonas species in clinical practice,which contains complex resistance mechanisms and is prone to the formation of multiple-drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa(MDR-PA),also known as superbugs,which is one of the most difficult nosocomial infection pathogens.Traditional Chinese medicine can intervene in MDR-PA resistance from multiple entry points,and may inhibit or even reverse PA resistance,this article describes the various resistance mechanisms of PA,summarizes the current antibacterial approach of traditional Chinese medicine,and shows the bright prospect of anti-drug resistance in traditional Chinese medicine.
