摘要
乡村旅游示范村是实现乡村振兴、城乡融合的重要载体。为保障河南省信阳市乡村旅游高质量发展,本文以河南省信阳市乡村旅游示范村为例,通过SWOT模型定性分析乡村旅游的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战。研究发现:信阳市乡村旅游存在区位优势凸显、拥有丰富自然资源和深厚文化底蕴等优势,服务体系滞后、专业人才和产品特色匮乏等劣势,同时也存在政府政策大力扶持、乡村旅游市场广阔等机遇以及缺乏资金、区域竞争力较弱等挑战。基于此,提出因地制宜发展自身文化特色、引入专业人才、增大地区周边影响力、科学管理资金配比等高质量发展策略,以期为信阳市乡村旅游高质量发展的实践工作以及政策制定提供借鉴,同时丰富乡村旅游高质量发展案例。
Rural tourism demonstration villages are important for realizing rural revitalization and urban-rural integration.To ensure the high-quality development of rural tourism in Xinyang City,Henan Province,this paper uses the SWOT model to qualitatively analyse the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of rural tourism,by taking the rural tourism demonstration village in Xinyang City,Henan Province as an example.The study finds that rural tourism in Xinyang City have advantages such as prominent location,rich natural resources and cultural heritage,disadvantages such as lagging service system,lack of professional talents and product characteristics,and opportunities such as strong government policy support and broad rural tourism market,as well as challenges such as lack of capital and weak regional competitiveness.Based on this,we propose strategies to develop our own cultural characteristics,introduce professional talents,increase the influence of the local neighbourhood,scientifically manage capital ratios,with a view to providing a reference for the practice and policy formulation of the high-quality development of Xinyang rural tourism,as well as enriching the case of high-quality development of urban-rural tourism.
