摘要
为给云南某铁矿石开发利用提供依据,对其进行了工艺矿物学研究。矿石铁品位为40.06%,主要有用铁矿物为赤铁矿、其次为磁铁矿,赤铁矿含量为39.37%,磁铁矿含量为14.44%。矿石主要脉石矿物石英含量为24.53%,其次为硅酸盐类矿物绿泥石、斜长石、云母等。矿石构造主要有块状构造和斑状构造,矿石结构主要有粒状结构、斑状结构、交代残余结构、浸染状结构、鳞片状结构、纤维放射状结构。赤铁矿主要以原生矿和假象矿的形式存在,磁铁矿主要为半自形粒状,颗粒间彼此不连结。矿石有用铁矿物粒度主要分布在-0.04 mm粒级,其中赤铁矿分布率为73.39%,磁铁矿分布率为55.95%。
In order to provide a basis for the development and utilization of an iron ore in Yunnan,the process mineralogy was studied.The iron grade in the ore is 40.06%.The main useful iron minerals are hematite,followed by magnetite.The hematite content is 39.37% and the magnetite content is 14.44%.The main gangue mineral quartz content of the ore is 24.53%,followed by silicate minerals chlorite,plagioclase,mica,etc.The ore structure mainly includes massive structure and porphyritic structure.The ore structure mainly includes granular structure,porphyritic structure,metasomatic residual structure,disseminated structure,scaly structure and fibrous radial structure.Hematite mainly exists in the form of primary ore and pseudomorphic ore.Magnetite is mainly semi-automorphic granular,and the particles are not connected to each other.The particle size of useful iron minerals in the ore is mainly distributed in -0.04 mm size,of which the distribution rate of hematite is 73.39%,and the distribution rate of magnetite is 55.95%.
