摘要
要想实现美丽新乡村建设,就必须坚持可持续发展的基本理念,做好土地整理工作,保护农村生态环境。土地整理工作涉及多方面的问题,所以必须要有一个科学的解决方案,才能起到事半功倍的作用。我国在注重社会发展的同时,也要注重对土地的开发和保护,使土地的开发与使用达到动态均衡。在土地整理阶段,仍然存在部分破坏农村生态环境的情况,从而给周围的生态系统带来一定的损害。为此,有关部门在进行土地整理的时候,要将经济效益和生态效益进行整合,构建农村生态宜居环境。
To realize the construction of a beautiful new countryside,we must adhere to the basic concept of sustainable development,do a good job in land consolidation,protection of rural ecological environment.Land consolidation work involves many aspects of the problem,so there must be a scientific solution,in order to play the role of twice the result with half the effort.While paying attention to development,we should also pay attention to the development and protection of land,so that the development and use of land to achieve a dynamic equilibrium.In the stage of land consolidation,there is still some damage to the rural ecological environment,thus causing some damage to the surrounding ecosystem.Therefore,the relevant departments should integrate the economic benefits,ecological benefits and ecological benefits to build up an ecological and livable rural ecological environment.
