摘要
随着教育改革的持续推进,“以生为本”的教育理念体现在各教育阶段、各教育环节。在幼儿园的幼小衔接教育中,教育工作者应从幼儿的感受出发,关注幼儿的成长需求,尊重幼儿的成长规律,逐步缓解幼儿的入学畏难情绪,提高幼儿的心理素质,实现幼儿园教育与小学教育的有效联系、衔接与贯通,推动幼儿园教育及义务教育高质量发展。文章首先概述当前幼小衔接中存在的问题,然后就开展幼小衔接的意义展开分析,最后提出基于儿童成长视角的幼小衔接策略,以此为幼儿园开展幼小衔接教育提供方法借鉴。
With the continuous promotion of educational reform,the educational concept of"student-oriented"is reflected in various stages and links of education.In the early childhood transition education of kindergartens,educators should start from the feelings of young children,pay attention to their growth needs,respect their growth laws,gradually alleviate their fear of difficulty in entering school,improve their psychological quality,achieve effective connection,connection,and integration between kindergarten education and primary education,and promote the high-quality development of kindergarten education and compulsory education.The article first outlines the problems existing in the current connection between kindergarten and primary school,then analyzes the significance of carrying out the connection,and finally proposes a strategy for the connection between kindergarten and primary school based on the perspective of children's growth,in order to provide a method reference for kindergarten to carry out the connection education between kindergarten and primary school.
