摘要
为深入了解高原湖泊临湖流域人工湿地系统内元素交换规律和养分限制状况,通过测定滇中抚仙湖临湖尖山河流域人工湿地水体-土壤-植物连续体营养元素含量,分析掌握人工湿地不同功能区各组分生态化学计量特征及其耦合关系.结果表明:各分区氮去除率逐级递增,磷去除率波动递增,人工湿地前端COD_(Cr)净化效应明显,末端TN、TP净化效用明显,双区并联构筑人工湿地净化效应更优,该系统土壤-植物营养元素格局存在区域差异性.湿地植物碳同化效率明显受生长期和外源胁迫共同控制,土壤矿质代谢及有机质分解能力表现为旱伞草>香蒲>再力花>美人蕉.该系统内各组分氮元素变异性较大,尖山河人工湿地总体上土壤C-植物C、土壤P-植物P和土壤C/N-植物C/N均呈极显著正相关,土壤N/P-植物N/P呈极显著负相关,且植物对C和P元素的响应更加积极.因此提高高原人工湿地水体净化功能关键在于了解系统营养元素限制格局及外源胁迫适应特征,该结果可为高原湖泊水体与临湖流域水环境保护提供数据支撑和推广参考.
In order to gain a better understanding of the element exchange pattern and nutrient limitation in the constructed wetland ecosystem in the lakeside watershed of the plateau lake,the nutrient content of the water-soil-plant continuum in the constructed wetland in the Jianshan River watershed of Fuxian Lake in central Yunnan was measured,and the ecological chemometric characteristics of the components in different functional zones of the constructed wetland and their coupling relationships were analyzed and mastered.The results showed that the nitrogen removal rate of each zone increased step by step,and phosphorus removal rate fluctuates incrementally.The front end of the constructed wetland had obvious purification effect on COD_(Cr) and the tail end of the constructed wetland had obvious purification effect on TN and TP.The wetland constructed in parallel with the two zones had better purification effect.There were regional differences in the nutrient pattern in soil-plant system.The carbon assimilation efficiency of wetland plants was controlled by both growth period and exogenous stress,and the soil mineral metabolism and organic matter decomposition ability were as follows:Cyperus alternifolius>Typha orientalis>Thalia dealbata>Canna indica.The variability of nitrogen in each component of the system was large,and the Jianshan River constructed wetland in general showed significant positive correlations with soil C-plant C,soil P-plant P and soil C/N-plant C/N,and highly significant negative correlations for soil N/P-plant N/P.The plants in the system were more positive in responding to C and P.Therefore,the key to improving the water purification function of plateau constructed wetland was to understand the nutrient limitation pattern and exogenous stress adaptation characteristics of the system.The research results can provide data support and promotion reference for water environment protection in plateau lakes and adjacent lake watersheds.
