摘要
为有效改善卷板机液压系统的节流和溢流损失等问题,引入能量回收单元,对其节能效果进行研究。根据卷板机液压系统的工作原理,确立能量损失类型和计算方法,设计蓄能器控制方案。采用三腔液压缸作为动力执行元件,通过AMESim对能量回收单元的动态响应特性进行仿真。结果表明,能量回收单元能够将液压泵的功耗降低50%以上,蓄能器对液压缸的动力响应没有明显影响。
In order to effectively improve the throttling and overflow losses of the hydraulic system of the plate bending machine,the energy recovery unit was introduced to study its energy-saving effect.According to the working principle of the hydraulic system of the plate bending machine,the energy loss type and calculation method are established,and the control scheme of the accumulator is designed.The three chamber hydraulic cylinder is used as the power actuator,and the dynamic response characteristics of the energy recovery unit are simulated by AMESim.The results show that the energy recovery unit can reduce the power consumption of the hydraulic pump by more than 50%,and the accumulator has no obvious effect on the dynamic response of the hydraulic cylinder.
