摘要
中国宝武集团广东韶钢炼铁厂6#、7#、8#高炉分别自2002年、2005年、2008年起陆续投产。近年来,三座高炉都经历过停炉大修并顺利复产,开炉期间采用了一系列创新技术,最大限度的保证了开炉、停炉过程中高炉煤气回收,实现了安全、快速开炉的目标。在历次停炉过程中,通过不断的技术创新,确保了停炉工作的顺利进行。本文重点阐述开停炉过程中关键创新技术及其应用情况,为同行开停炉提供技术支撑。
Blast furnaces 6#,7#and 8#of Guangdong Shaogang Ironmaking Plant of China Baowu Group have been put into operation since 2002,2005 and 2008 respectively.In recent years,the three blast furnaces have experienced shutdown overhaul and smooth resumption of production.During the opening period,a series of innovative technologies have been adopted to ensure the maximum extent of the blast furnace gas recovery in the process of shutdown,and achieve the goal of safe and fast opening.In the process of furnace shutdown,through continuous technological innovation,to ensure the smooth progress of furnace shutdown.This paper focuses on the key innovative technologies and their applications in the process of furnace start-stop,and provides technical support for peers in the process of furnace start-stop.
