摘要
文章提出了一种改进的贻贝启发方法来表面改性修饰聚酯纤维,进而增强聚酯纤维与橡胶基体的界面黏附性。通过简单的浸涂工艺,邻苯二酚和N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH792)以涂层的形式共沉积在聚酯纤维表面。对改性后的纤维及橡胶复合材料进行傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重分析(TG)、力学性能分析,结果表明,邻苯二酚和KH792成功引入到聚酯纤维表面。改性后聚酯纤维与橡胶基体的黏附性、断裂力、热稳定性得到了提高,剥离强度比未改性织物/橡胶复合材料提了57%。该方法具有成本效益好、反应时间短等优点,比聚多巴胺涂层更适用于纤维表面处理。
An improved method inspired by mussel was to modify the surface of polyester fiber,thereby enhancing the interfacial adhesion between polyester fiber and rubber matrix.Through a simple dip coating process,catechol and N-(β-Aminoethyl)-γ-Aminopropyltrimethoxysilane(KH792)was co-deposited on the surface of polyester fiber in the form of coating.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),thermogravimetric analysis(TG)and mechanical property analysis were performed on the modified fiber and rubber composite.The results show that catechol and KH792 are successfully grafted onto the surface of polyester fiber.The adhesion,breaking strength and thermal stability of the modified polyester fiber and rubber matrix are improved,and the peel strength is 57%higher than that of the unmodified fabric/rubber composite.This method has the advantages of low cost and short reaction time,and is more suitable for fiber surface treatment than polydopamine coating.
