摘要
基于施工方视角,以贵州金烽乌江大桥为例,研究该桥梁在施工时存在的风险,利用文献研究法及项目的实际施工状况确定基本的风险清单为自然环境、施工人员、管理人员三大类共13种,其次使用层次分析法来进一步确定风险权重排序,得出关键的风险因素:自然灾害多、施工方法不当、组织协调能力差等,最后针对金烽乌江大桥施工风险管理提出相应的措施和建议。
Based on the perspective of the construction side,taking the Jinfeng Wujiang Bridge in Guizhou as an example,we study the risks that exist during the construction of this bridge,using the literature research method and the actual construction status of the project to determine the basic list of risks as natural environment,construction personnel,and management personnel in three categories of 13 kinds,followed by using the hierarchical analysis method to further determine the ranking of risk weights,resulting in the key risk factors:many natural disasters,improper construction methods,and finally,corresponding measures and suggestions are proposed for the construction risk management of Jinfeng Wujiang Bridge.
