摘要
旨在研究住宅建筑防水构造设计与施工管理如何优化,以某住宅建筑工程为例进行深入探讨。着重讨论了外墙、首层、标准层和屋面的防水构造设计原则和方法,涵盖了预制板结构的外墙防水方案、接缝处理和密封措施,以及屋面防水材料的选择与应用以及排水系统设计。对施工管理措施进行阐述,包括施工质量控制措施和施工进度安排和协调,强调了防水层施工质量的检测方法和防水施工与其他工序的协调。研究得出:住宅建筑防水构造设计与施工管理质量的提升需要考虑多个因素,包括建筑结构、材料选择、施工工艺和质量控制等。
This article aims to study how to optimize the design and construction management of waterproof structures in residential buildings,and conducts in-depth discussions using a certain residential building project as an example.Emphasis was placed on discussing the principles and methods of waterproofing design for exterior walls,first floor,standard floors,and roofs,covering waterproofing schemes for exterior walls,joint treatment and sealing measures for prefabricated panel structures,as well as the selection and application of roofing waterproofing materials and drainage system design.It elaborates on construction management measures,including construction quality control measures and construction schedule arrangement and coordination,emphasizing the testing methods for waterproof layer construction quality and the coordination between waterproof construction and other processes.Research has shown that improving the quality of waterproofing design and construction management in residential buildings requires consideration of multiple factors,including building structure,material selection,construction technology,and quality control.
