摘要
目的:探讨在糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者中应用动态血糖监测仪联合细致化护理的临床效果。方法:从2020年7月-2022年7月厦门大学附属第一医院诊治的糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者中选择符合纳入标准的121例进行回顾性分析,根据护理方式差异将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组61例接受细致化护理,观察组60例在对照组的基础上采用动态血糖监测仪。对比两组各项临床指标恢复情况(酸中毒纠正时间、pH值恢复时间、血糖达标时间、尿酮恢复时间)、护理满意度、血糖指标(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖)水平。结果:观察组干预后的酸中毒纠正时间、pH值恢复时间、血糖达标时间、尿酮恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后的餐后2 h血糖及空腹血糖水平均比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的81.97%(P<0.05)。结论:在糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者中应用动态血糖监测仪联合细致化护理干预,可有效控制患者血糖水平,促进临床症状恢复,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of dynamic blood glucose monitor combined with meticulous nursing in patients with diabetes ketoacidosis.Method:A total of 121 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis diagnosed and treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from July 2020 to July 2022 who met the inclusion criteria were selected for retrospective analysis.According to the differences in nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group.61 patients in the control group received meticulous nursing,and 60 patients in the observation group received dynamic blood glucose monitor on the basis of the control group.The recovery of clinical indicators(acidosis correction time,pH value recovery time,blood glucose reaching standard time and urine ketone recovery time),nursing satisfaction and blood glucose indicators(fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose)were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the time of acidosis correction,pH recovery,blood glucose reaching the standard and urine ketone recovery in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,2 h postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 81.97%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of dynamic blood glucose monitor combined with meticulous nursing intervention in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis can effectively control the blood glucose level of patients,promote the recovery of clinical symptoms,and improve nursing satisfaction.
