摘要
目的:分析老年房颤(AF)患者抗凝治疗依从性行为助推策略的应用价值。方法:选取南昌大学第二附属医院2021年1月-2022年5月心内科住院的100例老年AF患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,分别50例。对照组接受常规抗凝护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行基于助推理论下的老年AF患者抗凝治疗依从性行为提升策略;于干预前、出院前、出院后1个月评估并比较两组抗凝依从性[Morisliy服药依从性量表(MMAS-8)]、自我管理能力及生活质量[房颤患者生命质量量表(AF-QoL-18)]。结果:出院前、出院后1个月,两组MMAS-8评分、自我管理能力及AF-QoL-18评分均较干预前提高,且观察组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于助推理论下抗凝治疗依从性行为提升策略能够提高老年AF患者抗凝治疗依从性及自我管理能力,可改善患者生活质量。
Objective:To analyze the application value of compliance behavior boosting strategy of anticoagulation therapy in elderly patients with atrial fibrillation(AF).Method:A total of 100 elderly AF patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology from January 2021 to May 2022 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received routine anticoagulation care.On the basis of the control group,the observation group adopted the strategy of improving the compliance behavior of elderly AF patients with anticoagulation treatment based on the booster theory.Before intervention,before discharge and one month after discharge,the anticoagulation compliance[Morisliy medication compliance scale(MMAS-8)],self-management ability and quality of life[atrial fibrillation effect on quality-of-life(AF-QoL-18)]of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Result:Before discharge and one month after discharge,the MMAS-8 scores,self-management ability and AF-QoL-18 scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before intervention,and the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The strategy of improving anticoagulation therapy compliance behavior based on the booster theory can improve the anticoagulation therapy compliance and self-management ability of elderly AF patients,and improve their quality of life.
