摘要
目的调查武汉市华中科技大学社区中小学生脊柱侧凸现状及其影响因素,旨在提高临床防治水平。方法于2019年2月至2023年2月对武汉市华中科技大学社区所有中小学生进行脊柱侧凸筛查和问卷调查。运用SPSS 20.0软件,探讨脊柱侧凸的检出情况及其影响因素,单因素分析用χ^(2)检验,多因素分析用二元Logistic回归分析,检验水准α=0.05。结果脊柱侧凸检出率为1.44%。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示:女性(OR=1.62,95%CI:1.21~2.78)、初中(OR=5.26,95%CI:2.68~9.89)、高中(OR=4.81,95%CI:2.51~8.67)、有脊柱侧凸家族史(OR=5.43,95%CI:2.03~15.36)、坐站姿不良(OR=2.01,95%CI:1.26~4.25)、单侧体育运动(OR=1.34,95%CI:1.24~1.62)是脊柱侧凸的危险因素。结论武汉市华中科技大学社区中小学生脊柱侧凸检出率较高,呼吁有关部门应根据脊柱侧凸影响因素,加强健康宣教,积极探讨科学有效的防治方案。
Objective To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of scoliosis among students of primary and secondary school in the community of Huazhong University of Science and Technology,and to improve the level of clinical prevention and treatment of scoliosis.Methods From February 2019 to February 2023,all primary and secondary school students in the community of Huazhong University of Science and Technology were screened for scoliosis and surveyed with questionnaires.SPSS 20.0 software was used to analyze the prevalence of scoliosis and its influencing factors.Single factor analysis was performed byχ^(2) test,and multiple factor analysis was performed by binary logistic regression analysis,and the test levelα=0.05.Results The detection rate of scoliosis was 1.44%.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that female(OR=1.62,95%CI:1.21-2.78),junior high school(OR=5.26,95%CI:2.68-9.89),senior high school(OR=4.81,95%CI:2.51-8.67),family history of scoliosis(OR=5.43,95%CI:2.03-15.36),poor sitting and standing posture(OR=2.01,95%CI:1.26-4.25)and unilateral physical exercise(OR=1.34,95%CI:1.24-1.62)were the higher risk of scoliosis.Conclusions The prevalence of scoliosis among students of primary and secondary school in the community of Huazhong University of Science and Technology is relatively high.The government strongly urges the relevant departments should strengthen the health education and to explore scientific and effective prevention and treatment plans according to the factors affecting scoliosis.
