摘要
目的:探讨血必净注射液对脓毒症患者膈肌增厚分数及白介素-6、D-二聚体水平的影响,评估其临床价值。方法:选取我院重症医学科2021年3月~2022年2月收治脓毒症合并膈肌功能障碍患者60例,并随机分为观察组及对照组各30例,对照组予以常规治疗,观察组则在常规治疗基础上加用血必净注射液,比较两组治疗前后膈肌功能、白介素-6、D-二聚体、机械通气时间及ICU住院时间的差异。结果:治疗后,观察组膈肌移动度(DE)、膈肌增厚分数(DTF)大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组白介素-6、D-二聚体水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组急性生理和慢性健康状况评分(APACHEII)、序贯器官衰竭评分(SOFA)及机械通气时间、ICU住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血必净注射液能够改善脓毒症患者的膈肌功能,降低白介素-6、D-二聚体水平,缩短机械通气时间及ICU住院时间,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of Xuebijing injection on diaphragm thickening fraction and interleukin-6,D-dimer levels in sepsis patients,and evaluate its clinical value.Methods:Sixty sepsis patients with diaphragmatic dysfunction were admitted to the Critical Care Department of our hospital from March 2021 to February 2022,and randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received Xuebijing injection in addition to routine treatment.The differences in diaphragm function,interleukin-6,D-dimer,mechanical ventilation time,and ICU hospitalization time between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:After treatment,the diaphragm mobility(DE)and diaphragm thickening fraction(DTF)of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05);the levels of interleukin-6 and D-dimer in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);the APACHEII score,SOFA score,mechanical ventilation time,and ICU hospitalization time in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuebijing injection can improve diaphragm function of sepsis patients,reduce levels of interleukin-6 and D-dimer,shorten mechanical ventilation time and ICU hospitalization time,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
