摘要
随着增龄,失智老人数量剧增,照护伦理问题凸显,护士的护理能力也因此遭遇挑战。对国内外失智症护理伦理的研究现状,包括伦理理论、原则、范畴以及常见伦理情境或困境的应对进行综述后发现,失智症护理伦理已有一些理论基础,但这些理论在失智症护理伦理实践中的应用仍较为困难。因此,需进一步开展相关研究,包括研究培养失智症护理伦理辨析能力的方案、建立失智症护理伦理实践的标准、构建失智症护理伦理问题的评估量表及临床路径、研究失智症护理干预中新生伦理问题。以指导失智症护理伦理的实践,帮助护士有效解决护理伦理问题。
The number of elders with dementia increases rapidly with aging,and ethical care issues emerge prominently which challenges the nurses' capacity of care.A literature review was conducted on the ethical care of dementia including ethical theories,principles,scopes,and the management of common ethical care contexts or dilemmas covering both national and international research.It was identified that part of the theoretical foundation on ethical dementia care was available,however,their applications in ethical care practices were relatively difficult.Therefore,it was necessary to investigate further in order to guide ethical care practices and assist nurses to effectively solve ethical care issues with dementia.Research prospects relevant to ethical care of dementia were forwarded,which mainly included aspects such as the education plan to foster the nurses' ability of identifying and analyzing the ethical care issues with dementia,the establishment of criteria for ethical care practices with dementia,the construction of assessment tools and clinical pathways for managing ethical care issues with dementia,and the coping strategies for the nascent ethical issues in nursing interventions with dementia.
