摘要
为实现公共汽车精准优先及拓展应用范围,围绕优先更精准、影响可控制、乘客可感知、效果可评价要求,采用车路协同技术,将车端、路端、网端和云端4个部分融合,提出基于车路协同的公共汽车主动优先技术框架。形成基于车辆定位及交叉口状态的公共汽车优先时长精准估算方法,以降低信号机干扰为目标的优先申请前置仲裁策略,以减小社会车辆影响为核心的信号优先控制方式等关键技术。技术方案在苏州市高新区核心路段得到应用和验证。结果显示公共汽车主动优先效果较好,不同时段公共汽车平均通行时间节省17.1%~18.7%,且对沿线交叉口社会车辆的影响较小,实施后各交叉口社会车辆平均延误仅增长4.1%~6.7%。
To realize the precise transit priority and application expansion,focusing on the requirements of precise priority,controllable influence,passenger perception,and evaluable effect,Cellular Vehicle to Ev-erything(C-V2X)technology is adopted to integrate the vehicle-side,road-side,and network-side informa-tion with the cloud.A technical framework of active transit signal priority based on vehicle infrastructure cooperation is proposed,including a series of critical methods:1)a precise priority duration estimation method based on vehicle positioning and intersection state,2)a pre-arbitration strategy to reduce signal in-terference and 3)a signal priority control method to reduce the impact of social vehicles.Such technical schemes have been applied and verified in the central area's road in Suzhou National Hi-Tech District.The results show that the performance of the active transit signal priority strategy is better.The average travel time of buses in different periods is saved by 17.1%~18.7%,and the impact of such a strategy on social ve-hicles at intersections along the line is small.After the implementation,the average delay at each intersec-tion only increases by 4.1%~6.7%.
