摘要
针对含硫易切削钢F45MnVS,分别在实验室、工业生产条件下,检测分析了冶炼工艺Ca处理、CaMg复合处理对钢中夹杂物及性能的影响。结果表明,与Ca处理钢相比,CaMg复合处理钢中含有氧化物核心的硫化物的比例相对提高了35%左右,纺锤状硫化物的比例相对提高了76.99%,横向冲击性能提高了13.13%。
The influence of Ca treatment and CaMg composite treatment on inclusions and properties of sulfur-containing free-cutting steel F45MnVS was tested and analyzed under laboratory and industrial production conditions.The results show that compared with Ca-treated steel,the proportion of sulfide containing oxide core and fusiform sulfide in CaMg composite treated steel is increased by about 35%and 76.99%respectively,and the transverse impact properties of CaMg composite treated steel are improved by 13.13%.
