摘要
为评估磁悬浮保护轴承的抗冲击能力,结合保护轴承特有的跌落工况,建立转子动力学模型,对磁悬浮轴承失效前后转子响应进行分析,同时建立保护轴承可靠性试验平台和试验方法,对保护轴承抗冲击特性分析方法进行验证。结果表明:保护轴承可靠性试验平台可实现碰撞力的直接测量;通过有、无安装冲击力传感器对比试验和应力-冲击力标定试验可知碰撞力测量误差在7%以内,验证了试验方法的准确性;且碰撞力的理论分析与实测误差为8.4%,可满足保护轴承抗冲击特性分析要求,指导保护轴承可靠性评估。
In order to evaluate the impact resistance of backup bearings for magnetic shafting,combined with specific drop condition of the bearings,a dynamic model of rotor is established to analyze the rotor response before and after failure of the bearings.At the same time,the reliability experimental platform and experimental method of the bearings are established to verify the analysis method of impact resistance characteristics of the bearings.The results show that:the impact force can be measured directly by reliability experimental platform of the bearings;through comparison test with and without installation of impact force sensor and the stress-impact force calibration experiment,the measurement error of impact force is less than 7%,verifying the accuracy of experimental method;the error between theoretical analysis and actual measurement of impact force is 8.4%,meeting the analysis requirements of impact resistance characteristics and guiding the reliability evaluation of the bearings.
