新经济背景下我国消费市场发展态势与升级路径探讨

摘要 受新冠疫情和国际形势变化的影响,短期内我国宏观经济发展面临较大下行压力,如何有效削弱疫情和形势变化对宏观经济的负面影响,加快国内经济循环已成为当前我国宏观经济发展与管理中需要重视的课题。随着我国国内经济循环战略的不断实施,消费内生将成为经济增长的主要驱动力,在全球经济整体下行的情况下,我国新经济展现出强大的韧性和活力。基于此,本文针对新经济背景下我国消费市场的发展趋势,提出优化消费环境、支持绿色健康消费等促消费措施,以期推动新型消费市场的建设和完善。 Infl uenced by the pandemic and changes in the international situation,China’s macroeconomic development faces greater downward pressure in the short term.How to eff ectively weaken the negative impact of the pandemic and changes in the situation on the macro economy and accelerate the domestic economic circulation has become a topic that needs attention in China’s current macroeconomic development and management.With the continuous implementation of China’s domestic economic circulation,endogenous consumption will become the main driver of economic growth,and in the overall global economic downturn,China’s new economy has shown strong resilience and vitality.Based on this,this paper proposes to promote the establishment and improvement of the new consumer market with measures of increasing sales and consumption,such as optimizing the consumption environment and supporting green and healthy consumption.
