摘要
城市生物监测是城市生物多样性研究的重要内容之一,但由于城市环境和生物习性的复杂性,传统生物监测方法的应用受到诸多制约。eDNA宏条形码技术能够便捷地从环境中提取DNA片段并扩增与测序,从而快速准确地鉴定生物群落物种成分,近年来已成功应用于自然环境生物监测。文章基于eDNA宏条形码技术的主要优势和特点,探讨该技术应用于城市环境中食物链与生物食性、疫源生物、入侵生物及濒危物种、隐遁生物、特殊区域生物以及大气生物源性污染的监测等方面的适用性,归纳其存在的局限性,并对其发展趋势提出展望。
Urban biomonitoring is an important part of the research on urban biodiversity,but the traditional biomonitoring methods is very restricted in its application due to the complexity in urban environment and biological habits.Environmental DNA metabarcoding technology can easily and quickly identify species components of biological community by amplifying and sequencing the DNA fragments extracted from the environment,which makes it widely used in biological monitoring of natural environment in recent years.Based on the advantages and characteristics of eDNA metabarcoding technology,this paper discusses its applicability in the monitoring of food chain and animal feeding,epidemic source organisms,invasive organisms,endangered species,“reclusive organisms”,organisms in special areas and air biogenic pollution in urban environment.In view of the limitations of this technology,the authors propose the prospect of its development trend.
