摘要
为准确获得板式换热器进水温度、质量流量阶跃变化对出水温度的影响,建立一阶系统、二阶系统传递函数模型。以分布参数模型仿真结果作为真值,分析一阶系统、二阶系统传递函数计算结果的相对误差,寻找具有较高计算准确性且建模、仿真效率更高的传递函数模型。与分布参数模型仿真结果相比,一阶系统、二阶系统传递函数计算结果的相对误差均在±0.3%范围内,两种传递函数计算结果的相对误差相当。在换热器动态特性研究中,宜选择一阶系统传递函数。
In order to accurately obtain the influence of step change of inlet water temperature and mass flow rate on outlet water temperature of plate heat exchanger,the transfer function models of first-order system and secondorder system are established.Taking the simulation results of the distributed parameter model as the true value,the relative errors of the calculation results of the transfer functions of the first-order system and the second-order system are analyzed to find the transfer function models with higher calculation accuracy and higher modeling and simulation efficiency.Compared with the simulation results of the distributed parameter model,the relative errors of the calculation results of the transfer functions of the first-order system and the second-order system are both within±0.3%,and the relative errors of the calculation results of the two transfer functions are equivalent.In the study of dynamic characteristics of heat exchanger,the first-order system transfer function should be selected.
